We are a small boutique consulting firm based out of San Diego, CA but our team members work from Texas, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Washington, and more! We are a remote organization and truly care about the success of each of our employees. We generally have openings for Salesforce related positions (architects, developers, admins, etc), Project Managers, and Program Management professionals. We’re a small boutique consulting firm of very collaborative and team-oriented professionals that focus on client excellence. Our work environment is remote and flexible with a very communicative culture. At 5P, we care about work-life balance, taking time off when you need it, that you’re doing work you’re engaged in, and on a path aligned with your career goals.Â
We understand that collaboration can be an obstacle through remote working so we host virtual team-building events, and have monthly in-person lunches for our regional teams.Â
Our team is currently spread across the United States, Costa Rica, and India so we truly allow you to work from anywhere!
