We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with solution design and platform experience to provide implementation and support to our clients. The primary purpose of the Salesforce Architect is to design and develop custom solutions for our clients.

This client-facing role is on the front lines, leveraging your hands-on experience in declarative and development solutions to design, create, deploy, and maintain cutting-edge Salesforce solutions. Your obsession with building robust Salesforce solutions and resolving complex platform issues will be critical to our clients’ success.

This role spans the entire Salesforce platform, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Revenue, Billing, and Order Management functionality. You will be instrumental in identifying and recommending Salesforce-based solutions, integration points, and robust implementation architectures that prioritize business improvements, scalability, and performance.

Job Type: This is a full-time, exempt, remote position

Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 p/hr depending on experience

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of custom Salesforce solutions for our diverse client base
• Analyze complex business needs and translate them into scalable solutions, leveraging agile development methodologies and the full power of the Salesforce platform
• Integrate Salesforce managed packages and other solutions using advanced web services and APIs
• Engage in rigorous code reviews, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and identifying/resolving any application/code security issues
• Implement and optimize Salesforce Agentforce solutions to enhance agent productivity, streamline service processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Architect and manage solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer 360 Audiences) for unified customer profiles, segmentation, and personalized interactions across various touchpoints
• Merge and test systems using both automated and non-automated methods to ensure high quality and performance
• Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, integration strategies, and long-term architectural roadmaps
• Contribute to the creation and advancement of the business architecture vision and strategy
• Work collaboratively in a team environment, often remotely, with a passion for continuous learning and the ability to quickly absorb new concepts

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
• Must possess at least three of the following certifications: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud, Solution Architect, Platform App Builder, Data Architect, AI Associate.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect.
• Verifiable knowledge and expertise with Apex, Lightning Framework (2+ years of experience), Salesforce Cloud Solutions, and API-based integrations are essential.
• Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and Programming techniques.
• Familiarity with Salesforce’s managed packages.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementation, configuration, and optimization for service cloud enhancements.
• Proven ability to design and implement solutions utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud for data unification, segmentation, and activation.
• Strong foundation in testing, version control, configuration management, deployment methodologies, and release management.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills, including clear communication, a collaborative approach to solution building, and the ability to navigate production issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in a global model with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with Google Suite (Drive, Collaboration, Word, Sheets, Slides).
• Must be available during business hours (7 am – 4 pm or 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday) with flexibility for occasional onsite work.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Working model: Client onsite as needed and remote (working from home model).
