5P Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to join our team! This hybrid role focuses on program delivery, project management, and business analysis. This client-facing role is responsible for gathering requirements, managing the scope of those requirements, ensuring quality delivery of client products, and has an executive approach with strong testing skills. You’ll be responsible for managing the client stakeholders, executive expectations, project resources, and vendors across a large program of technology streams: ERP, CRM, CSM, Marketing, and Data Migration.

Job Type: This is a full-time, exempt, remote position
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Role and Responsibilities:
- Communicate and align executive goals with project goals to ensure organizational impact and delivery
- Plan, manage, monitor, and control complex programs to meet organizational goals for a divestiture project
- Establish a communication protocol to proactively lead the execution of the program through the duration of the project, inclusive of program strategy, scope, timelines, tasks, resources, actions, issues, and risks on an ongoing weekly basis
- Be a project delivery ninja, love process, and the ability to use a consistent project framework (5P Framework) and management tool (Certinia PSA).
- Define, manage, and control project metrics such as on-time, on-budget, Forecast vs. Actuals, % completion overall, and project phases
- Help gather requirements and define business processes in the areas of Financial, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing functions for the purpose of implementing systems customized for the business goals
- Be a coach and mentor to your project delivery team
- The ability to travel and work with a dispersed global delivery team, driving actionable results
Project Management:
- This role will be responsible for creating project plans with tasks, resources, deliverables, actions, issues, and risks
- Manage the overall tasks of the project, including actions, issues, and risks
- Take notes at project meetings and make them actionable for the client and 5P team to ensure the team is making progress
- Deliver client project status reports and any other project correspondence as needed
- Schedule internal and external project meetings
Business Analysis:
- The ability to gather information, analyze facts, and document results and recommendations
- Document existing business processes
- Design end-to-end process flows via Lucid Charts (logical diagrams)
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements from customers and solutions teams
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- 10 years of Program development experience in a consulting firm, service organization, or corporate environment, managing IT implementations
- Experience with managing projects in cloud-based technologies (Google Business Suite, Certinia, Jira, Lucid/Visio, etc)
- Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite is beneficial but not required
- Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills. We work in a global model, so communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality is a must and part of our culture

- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Working model: Mostly remote (working from home model) but on client site as needed.
