5P Consulting implemented Salesforce Loyalty Management to serve as the engine for voucher lifecycle management, creating a customized digital “wallet” experience. We tailored this platform to fit their specific B2B training model:

  • Automated Issuance: 5P leveraged the platform to automatically issue vouchers and attach them directly to the user’s loyalty member profile.
  • Flow-Based Management: Because the client utilized a managed package with restricted Apex access, we used Salesforce Flows to monitor incoming transactions and manage the logic in the Salesforce module.
  • Real-Time Discounting via Apex: 5P developed Apex code that identifies if a member has an applicable voucher when they purchase a class.
  • Seamless Checkout: The system applies a real-time negative line item to the order, discounting the class automatically before the user even reaches the cart.
